Create a toggle button for mobile view and desktop view,

this button will be displayed on the top of all pages
when clicked it will remove all menus in the project
it will remove the side menu for filtering at the projects page
the idea is to prepare a view that is fitting for mobile without all the extra clutter
make sure to have a url parameters for each so we can directly pass this url to the the mobile user
also make sure to strip down the login page in the case of mobile
