Add documentation about deploying and interacting with the contracts

Currently, we don't offer any documentation on how to deploy the contracts to a live network like Ethereum Mainnet or Ethereum Sepolia. We also don't provide documentation on how to interact with the contracts with `cast` or Cannon. This documentation could be useful to users not acquainted with either tool.
