[Connect] Wallet Connect bug

Decription

When trying to use connect wallet, it is possible to scan the code and confirm the connection on the wallet, however, after confirmation on the wallet, it is not shown on FE that the connection has taken place and the wallet connection does not occur.

Steps to reproduce

1. Go to Carrot
2. Click 'Connect'
3. Click on 'Wallet Connect' option
4. Scan QR code on device
5. Accept connection on Wallet
6. Verify that connection is established

Expected result:

The 'Connect' button should not be present as the connection should be established, and the address should be displayed along with the avatar.

Actual result

The 'Connect' button is still present as if the connection is not established even though it is, neither the address nor the avatar is displayed and we also have an error in the console
