Rewrite in Rust, gRPC, GraphQL, React

This is the main meta-issue that will drive a complete re-write. The point is less about the functionality, but more about stretching into new languages and paradigms, including:

• Kubernetes deployments
  • Multi-region, multi-cloud
• Rust - what's it like?
• GraphQL - yeah, nothing new here, but may explore some ideas
• gRPC - consumed it, but never wrote an actual service
• React UI - it's been awhile
  • May try WASM for kicks too
  • Maybe some web components?

But some functionality will be fun to explore also:

• MLMs
  • RAG for conversational search/prompt results
  • Image upload and search by ingredient or recipe
