- #5903 Built-in character type questions
  - There is an unsigned 8bit char type built in that represents a UTF-8 code point. It’s named Core.Char and the keyword char aliases it.
  - It has the same type as Cpp.char (from the POV of Carbon even if C++ code is being compiled with a signed char).
  - Other Cpp types are Cpp.char8_t, Cpp.char16_t, and Cpp.char32_t

  - Interest in deducing the type for (static) member access
- #5930 How should modifiers for keyword operators be spelled?
  - Should unsafe be a modifier keyword of its own (unsafe as), or attached as part of keywords (unsafe_as).
