Results from the observability review have brought to our attention some things that needs to improve on the grafana dashboard and on the alerts

add Y axis measure units to every panel
add explanations to the dashboard to describe its purpose
consider using better legend for gRPC panels
panel legend are a bit off - consider using aggregation operators (by, without, ...)
figure out if the "100" threshold for loki rule is appropriate, check slides
review all openfga metrics and see what else we could do to reflect failure modes
