SSL support?

Hmm, quite unsure. It's a while since I worked on it / used it. I guess you'd need to do some things in the send method (cURL options or something like that..).

In the meanwhile I pulled from piotr-cz master and am doing

$xmpp = new XmppPrebind( "meie.biz", "https://server.com/chat/http-bind/", "Candy", true, false );

It works.
