Hi:

This code "MRS_analysis.R" is very good for analysis within-tumor evolution, could you add some example code and data to run this code?

I run this code using my own data and got some errors. I could not found the function bezierCurve in your code or the attached packages.

rAUC(sampAB[allSubRows,], 0.04, mafs, depths)

Error in bezierCurve(vafs, counts, length(vafs)) : 
  could not find function "bezierCurve"
