Element template popup cut off #4778

Describe the bug

When an element template is incompatible with the chosen engine, the pop up is cut off at small properties panel sizes.

Steps to reproduce

  1. Select an element template with engines defined, e.g. "engines": { "camunda": "^8.6" }
  2. Change the engine to an incompatible one, e.g. Camunda 8.5
  3. Click the Incompatible button
  4. Popup is cut off at small properties panel sizes

Expected behavior

Popup is not cut off.

Environment

  • Camunda Modeler Version: 5.31-rc.0
