ActivityIndicator strange behavior on devices with android 8.1.0

Current behaviour

As you can see from the video, ActivityIndicator has a strange behavior on old devices.
I tried both version 4.9.2 that is used on expo code example and version 5.13.1, on a personal project.
But I get the same result.
This problem does not happen with recent devices.
