Feature Request: Allow profile photos to be visible on Private Team pages

I’m frustrated when configuring my Team page because I cannot display team member profile photos without making the entire team "Public".

We require our team page to be private, but the current system automatically hides member avatars when "Private" is selected. This results in an impersonal booking experience for our clients, who we want to be able to see who they are meeting with, despite the page being unlisted.

Describe the solution you'd like

I would like to decouple the "Team Privacy" setting from the "Profile Photo Visibility" setting.

Describe alternatives you've considered

1. Making Team Public: I considered switching the team to Public to enable photos, but this exposes our team roster to the public.
2. Consulting Support: I reached out to the Cal.com support team to check for CSS or configuration workarounds. They confirmed (per conversation with Jose) that no workaround currently exists and that the feature is strictly tied to the Public status.
