How to Get Connected page (two updates) #521
Comments
We can make the updates as soon as the content is finalized. Please reply to this thread once you have all content final and approved. Regarding the update for the contact email -- it would be best if we could have a generic email inbox (i.e. not a single person's email) to point to. This avoids problems when people move or leave current roles or jobs, and also is usually better from a visibility point of view (i.e. easy for an important email to get lost in the noise of single person's inbox). Would it be possible to get a more generic contact from FirstNet/AT&T? |
Sounds great, thank you so much! The table is being finalized this week, and I will reply as soon as complete. For the contact information, I will also circle back with FirstNet and include this in my next update. Thank you! |
@laurenbrennanrebel just checking on whether these changes are still coming / needed? Thank you! |
Hi Marissa, hope you're well! There are still some leads that we are chasing to finalize the certification table. We are estimating completion by mid-April. Thank you for circling back and will let you know if any updates before then! |
Hi All,
I spoke with Marissa yesterday to share two updates for the " How to Get Connected" site which includes:
A newly added 'PAD MSA Certification Table.' We are finishing collecting certification documents from the vendors this week, so we wanted to confirm a timeline for when this could be added?
Small edit - under "Can FirstNet be used for any device and use case?" we only have one contact now, so the text would read: "A FirstNet representative can verify eligibility for your specific use cases and also confirm network compatibility with your devices. You can contact Brett Perez at [email protected].
Thank you very much!
Sincerely,
Lauren Brenann
