"Top 3 third-party spenders (independent expenditures)" data on landing page is empty #409

If memory serves, this line in the tiny table on the landing page has been blank for a while... We should investigate this value to see if:

The data exists but isn't coming through to the frontend
The frontend is receiving the data but not displaying it for some reason
The data doesn't exist at all, so we should remove this space (?)
Something else? Did we purposely leave this blank for a while until we got better data? Anyone remember any details about this?
