Is it normal, that output of command:

c3c compile -P --use-stdlib=no bits.c3

on stuff, like this:

macro uint[<*>] uint[<*>].fshl(hi, uint[<*>] lo, uint[<*>] shift) => $$fshl(hi, lo, shift);

has [<>], and not [<*>]?
