Agoric#10296	18-10-2024	f:replace-price-feeds is moved to being a software upgrade (priorly core-eval Agoric#10317) which changed the system state that z:acceptance tests are depending on. So we had to adjust our code accordingly to the new system state and our adjustments are waiting for approval.
Agoric#10229	5-10-2024	Auction tests depend on healthy oracles that can push new prices. After f:replace-price-feeds, there are no oracles registered durably (system wide). So we are waiting for Agoric#10296 to do it.
