Top row of pixels is sometimes transparent/black #241

Sometimes when saving the image, the first row of pixels is transparent (or black when using JPG). With the example App I can reproduce this when doing a photo in landscape mode (or loading a landscape photo). In my app this happens no matter how I make the photo (tough I use 0.4.0 so I don't know how relevant this is).

Same issue comes i am using from last 2 year and facing same issue
