Warg should theoretically work well for loading plugins that might be distributed privately since it has built-in support for accessing registries via a token. I'm not entirely sure how it'd work if we need to fetch plugins from multiple registries though.

Scheduling for a bit later to give Warg a bit more time to mature and because #230 should offer a stopgap that covers public plugins well enough for the time being.
