Bug: multi SelectField is not behaving correctly when read-only #739

Description of the bug

The read-only status for multi SelectField should be improved. In particular:

If multiSelectMode='summary', it's currently impossible to see the selected options;
if multiSelectMode='chips', we're currently showing the X buttons to remove a single options, so it's actually possible to change the value
