Hello,
This problem appears on a MacBook Air from 2017. I can't open the app, the "start app window" open up, but it doesn't go on. Apple wants to install "command line developer tool". If I click install, after a short while, apple says, that it can't install the developer tool.

Hey,
thanks for reporting this issue. Sadly I do not really understand why your computer wants to install the developer tools, nor why it doesnt work :(. Do you have further information that would help narrowing the problem down?
