Requirements to prepare the articles for publication

Instructions for the full presentation authors

The authors, who have made the full presentation on the conference, are invited to submit a full paper:

  • The paper should not exceed 12 pages including references.
  • The paper should be prepared in Springer LNCS style{:target="_blank"}. LaTeX template of the Springer LNCS is available at ShareLaTeX platform{:target="_blank"}. We encourage you to use LaTeX template instead of Word template.
  • The papers should be submitted through the EasyChair conference management system using this LINK{:target="_blank"}.
  • The authors need to replace the abstract that they have uploaded before the conference with the paper in PDF format.
  • Submitted papers should be written in English and conform the structire of a research paper. Namely the research paper usually includes an abstract, an introduction explaining what is investigated in your work. Then comes the research question and hypotheses, and after this the methodology where used or developed methods are explained. Then comes the <> section, then the discussion (where the findings are analyzed), and then the conclusions, and suggestions for further research on the subject (this is optional). In case you need more tips how to structure your paper please follow this INSTRUCTIONS{:target="_blank"}.
  • Papers should present original work previously not published or concurrently submitted to another conference or journal.
  • The authors should make an expert conclusion about the publication. The example for ITMO University participants is available by LINK{:target="_blank"}. The participants from other Universities should make the expert conclusion following the rules of your Universities. The expert conclusion should be signed, scanned and send to the conference e-mail mailto:[email protected].

Conference proceedings will be submitted for publishing in CEUR-WS series{:target="_blank"}.

The strict deadline for upload a camera ready version of authors papers is 30 January 2019.

  • The paper should not exceed 5 pages including references.

  • The papers should be submitted through the EasyChair conference management system using this LINK{:target="_blank"}.
  • Submitted papers should be written in Russian.
  • The authors need to replace the abstract that they have uploaded before the conference with the paper in PDF format.
  • The authors should make an expert conclusion about the publication. The example for ITMO University participants is available by LINK{:target="_blank"}. The participants from other Universities should make the expert conclusion following the rules of your Universities. The expert conclusion should be signed, scanned and send to the conference e-mail mailto:[email protected].

The short articles will be printed in the Russian Conference Proceedings series. The proceedings of the previous conference is available [here]({{ site.base_url }}/media/sbornik_2018.pdf){:target="_blank"}.
