Stitch deliberately modifies where the IDE RSS feed is stored, in order to prevent the IDE from prompting to update every time whenever you switch to an older IDE version. However as of 2024.11, the update process for IDEs has changed now, and there's a dedicated IDE Updater. As I primarily like to use the latest version, it was a surprise to me that it can't fetch any of the IDEs due to the RSS feed being modified under default_macros.json. So it'd be nice if I could have that the ability to turn it off.
The IDE updater should prompt up (if there's any IDE updates), but you can check it out under Help -> Check for Updates otherwise. (On beta builds in particular, IDE 710/Runtime 726 is what you want to test with, since there's no new IDE version beyond what was released in monthly)
