Couldn't find out how to show RackBug in my App

Hi,

I couldn't find out what I have to do to show RackBug in my App. The toolbar is showing fine when i go to:
http://localhost:3000/**rack_bug**/bookmarklet.html

But I did not understand how to make it show up in my apps.

A clarification in the README would be helpful.

The bookmarklet doesn't seem to work.
PS: I'm on rails 3.

More feedback for you: after I gave up, at a certain moment, without me doing anything special, the toolbar magically appeared in my app.

Anyway I just suggest to improve the documentation to clarify the bit about the bookmarklet, it took me a while to understand I had to drag the link in that page into the bookmark toolbar. Pheraphs I'm the only noob who needed some time to get it? Or pheraphs writing a bit more doesn't hurt ;-)
