Currently, if a user is editing a page, they have to return to the sitemap to do so. We should add a button to the 'Edit Page' view, just after 'Edit Properties' which would allow users to add a new page.

We would also have to implement #142, to allow users to change the section the page is going to end up in. By default, it should be in the same section as the current page that the user is editing.
