Delay the actions play/switch

Background

Currently when actions ex. click are being played in matter of milliseconds and action switches so fast that human eye is not able to notice the highlighting change in the popup UI, some users think the actions are not played when comparing to previous version of CBA, especially when their actions consists of clicks actions and timers only.

What to change

Slow down a bit action switch, so it won't confuse users by quickly switching to the next action.
