部署方式：Docker

QPS: 1秒内限制单个节点请求的个数，默认为0，即没有限制

我尝试更改 QPS 为1,2,3……希望限制每秒发起的请求数，但是貌似并没有生效；

所以这个并发和 QPS 的计算是不是有 bug
