Data for total tweets in each second for all school

We have data that has total tweets for each each game. This data file is used for calculating average tweet for two schools involving a game. Now we need another data file that has total tweets for every second for all school.
In other words. tweets for every game for each second should be provided for average tweet rate for all school. Then this rate will be compared with average tweet rate for each game (school).
