All package types have a link to addons.silverstripe.org and module rating in the report.

The UpdatePackageInfoTask.allowed_types config array dictates what type of packages can display in the report. If this is set to allow types of packages that aren't included in addons.signify.org (the simplest example being to set the config to null), those packages still display a "More info" link which links to a guaranteed 404 page. They also have a guaranteed 0/100 module rating.
