I have made the module compatible with the new download method and requirement for a license key that MaxMind has implemented.
The code might not be the cleanest ever seen or as your code style but it works.
Also, i implemented a version of providing the license through the extra field in composer. It should be quite easy to implement other ways as, for example, through an environment variable.
This should fix #4
