checkov fails to download module when using shallow clone in tf module source

When a terrform modules source uses shallow clone e.g. &depth=1, checkov fails to download the module but the scan completes.

We would like to request 2 things:

1. That checkov supports shallow clone as this can drastically increas performance when scanning many modules in a pipeleine.
2. That if a module is failed to be downloaded by checkov that it also exists with a non 0 code so that the pipeline fails.
