XDEBUG DOCKER INSTALL SCRIPT

This script install php-xdebug inside docker with base image is alpine, or have support for apk install manager

This script need arg in build execution for `APP_ENV` enviroment variable.

If `APP_ENV` have value `PRODUCTION`, `PROD` or is `EMPTY` xdebug will not be installed.

This script is for local or dev environment application
Actually this script not install if base image not is alpine or have support for APK
