[Version 1.73.91 Chromium: 131.0.6778.85 (Official Build) (64-bit)]

Turning on windows accessibility contrast themes(all of them) makes toggle buttons in the Brave Browser settings pages invisible.

Steps to reproduce

Turn on Contrast Themes in Windows Accessibility menu.

Try to change brave settings which use toggle switches.

@rebron this one feels more of a code issue than design. The toggles should be there regardless of high contrast or not
