Description

Rename conversation doesn't work correctly

Steps to reproduce

  1. Enable AIChatHistory flag
  2. Visit any article
  3. Summarize the page
  4. Click on new chat and summarize the page again
  5. Repeat step 4 a couple more times
  6. Go to conversation history
  7. Rename the conversation
  8. Doesn't update, also clicking inside the text closes it and goes back to conversation view

Should be able to update the conversation name correctly

I think there is still an issue in 1.75 on this where (in Sidebar mode), then conversations list UI is dismissed entirely when renaming a conversation. Leaving this open whilst investigating.
