Boolean variable with `false` value is not recognized

Describe the Bug

Boolean variable with false doesn't have a type or value, because it's atomicValue is not set.

Probably a bug in lezer-feel or deeper.

Steps to Reproduce

Easiest to observe in variable outline:

Expected Behavior

It works the same as boolean variable with value true.

Environment
