I need to change the background image of all certificates in all courses but this is not feasible in bulk so far.

It would be great to have a function that replaces the background image in one click for all courses (or a selection of courses)

did you find any solution for this? i have a course with more than 600 certificates and they require me to change background image...
I change it in the settings but nothing change in the certificates. i need also to change some text.

Hi @danielgavriliuc...

When you change the certificate settings, all issued certificates are marked for regeneration. Double-check or make sure you have an updated version. When you open a certificate after making adjustments, the new one should be created.
It's important to note that they're not all recreated at once; only when you try to open one after the changes are they generated with the new information.

This is different from what @Indigita2024 mentioned because there isn't a way to change something in all certificates, but in one instance, it shouldn't be a problem.

Thank you David, Ok if I understand correctly, I need to manually change the background image (which contains the company logo) in all courses. Having say that, do you think is possible to at least develop a functionality to select the logo from local files without impacting the background image? I don't understand what you mean by "to select the logo from local files without impacting the background image." The logo would be in the background image, or do you want multiple images in the same certificate?

Anything is possible from a development perspective, but I don't see any additional benefit in making a change like this. Please explain more about what you're proposing so we can review it.

By the way, you could mark all certificates for regeneration from the database, and you could change the background image in the files, if you don't want to do it course by course. It's a bit of a hassle, but if you have the technical team, they might be able to do it.
