The current Lifeline-ICT system lacks clearly defined mechanisms for handling system reliability issues and user support. Users may face challenges such as delayed responses, system errors, or lack of guidance when interacting with the platform.

Proposed Solution

Introduce the following improvements:

  • Implement error handling and user-friendly feedback messages
  • Add a help/support section for users (FAQs or contact support)
  • Improve system logging to track and diagnose issues
  • Introduce notification alerts for system status updates

Expected Outcome

These improvements will:

  • Enhance user experience and satisfaction
  • Improve system reliability and maintainability
  • Make it easier for administrators to monitor and resolve issues
