Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
I would like a way to remember what I read years ago.

Describe the solution you'd like
For the same reason, it would be interesting to have a way to randomly notify me of quotes or comments I have made myself on Bookwyrm.

Describe alternatives you've considered
Either as an email or as a notification of a random quote or post of my own profile.
