When using two monitors, depending on the configuration of the displays, CaptureRegion defined ROI defaults back to Monitor 1 although the region was drawn on monitor 2.
This bug only happens in the monitors in a vertical configuration (Tested with monitor 1 on the bottom and monitor 2 on the top). The bug is not reproducible if the monitors are on an horizontal configuration.
