Add documentation on how to use a mapping selector to construct a new property value

If the type of elements in the source sequence is not compatible to the type of the mapped property, it is sometimes possible to directly construct a compatible instance if the type has a compatible constructor. It would be useful to clarify this capability and list the rules to use it, probably in the section on property mapping.
