Setting up a new docfx website for Bonsai packages requires considerable manual copying and editing of files and folders, as outlined in bonsai-rx/docs#103. There are also unresolved questions regarding the hosting location for documentation assets. Having a docs/docfx template would simplify this process and make it easier to maintain.
