After saving custom CSS, when you go back to the Editor, it looks like there is no content, but when you click in the Editor, it appears.

Also, the cursor isn't placed when you click anywhere within the selector { }, so you have to blindly use the arrow keys. This is hard to explain, so I've annotated the screenshot below. Clicking anywhere in the first and third lines (red arrow) makes the text cursor you see at the end of the third line appear. However, if you click anywhere in the second line (green arrow) the text cursor doesn't appear, nor can you select that text. You have to place the cursor in the first or third line, then use the arrow keys to move to the second line. Once you start editing that line, you can use the mouse to select the text / place the cursor, until you save the changes.

This should be labelled as a bug and not an enhancement.
