http://localhost:8080可以，输入http://localhost:8080/ssms就出现404了

请确认已将项目部署到Tomcat，右键项目，在服务器上运行，然后应该会在eclipse的内置浏览器中打开项目主页，将该网址复制到浏览器即可。
