Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
gRPC supports unix domain sockets as a form of communication: https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/aspnet/core/grpc/interprocess-uds?view=aspnetcore-8.0

Currently ghz assumes that the service is exposed over a network port. Can we extend this to support unix domain sockets?

Support for a unix domain socket instead of a host and port

N/A we would like to test our servers with the same configuration they run in production
