Support replaying traffic from log

I would like to replay our live traffic pattern

**Describe the solution you'd like**
Modify config and add pacer that supports loading from .csv (or other type of) file with cols "Timestamp, message"

**Describe alternatives you've considered**
We currently run tests with step, but it's obviously not the same
