Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
It would be nice to add a pull rate configuration for this via commands. ie. [p]icset pullrate 60*1

Describe the solution you'd like
I would like to be able to adjust the pull rate of the infochannels view command rather then messing with infochannel.py
