Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
The bot crashes if someone spams messages in a channel chatter is enabled in.

Describe the solution you'd like
An option for chatter to ignore messages with not enough time between them for it to respond.

Temporary fix for this is to enable slow mode in whatever channel you use chatter in.
