When running npm run makepot for oik-css I got a number of Warnings, from the libs/oik-depends.php shared library file, regarding missing translators: comments.
bobbingwide/oik-css#26 (comment)

These translators comments need to be added to oik's shared library files and reconciled with oik-libs and the plugins that use them.

Optionally, the duplicated logic in admin/oik-activation.php could be eliminated. See the @todo
