Create new PassData directory for each pass

Currently, a single PassData directory is created to store all audio and decoded data captured by AGSC during operation. If the user has requested multiple passes to be recorded, data from all of the passes will be stored within this directory. This setup makes it difficult for the user to easily determine which data is from which pass.

Modify Log to create a new PassData directory for each pass. The directory name should indicate the time of the pass.
