Hi. :-)...

I was using your task switcher in Plasma 4 (Debian 8). But when I upgraded to Debian 9 and Plasma 5, it no longer works.

I am able to install and hit apply, but each time I press alt-tab, I get this error as a popup on the bottom right corner:

The Window Switcher installation is broken, resources are missing.

Contact your distribution about this.

And when I go back to the default 'breeze' one, even that is partially broken (it no longer shows the snapshot of the window, only the icon).

I googled around about this and people were using terms like 'qml', 'needs to be ported', etc. It looked like it might need the author's knowledge.

Since alt-tab is a relatively important function, I am surprised that I am the first person to be telling you here.

Hope you can check into this.

Thank You. :-).
PS: I really enjoyed your plugin in deb 8.

Hi

Yes Plasma5 broke many plasmoids that were written for Plasma4.
I have not tested the switcher with the new Plasma but guessing from your issue it looks like the KWin QML API changed and the plugin stopped working.

Will have a look the next weeks how much needs to be done for the window switcher to work with Plasma5. Not sure how complex it is and if everything will work as before. Might be the right opportunity to refresh the plugin a little.
