Bullet formatting improvements

Current behaviour

Desired behaviour

• Line-wraps on bullet text should be indented to the level of the text in the point, not the level of the bullet point symbol, otherwise it's hard to tell whether a bullet has ended or is continuing on that line
  • Yes, I purposely made this^ long to show that GitHub handles the same situation nicely 😛
• Bullet levels should have different formatting for differentiation, not the same symbol at every level
