Update mysql driver and mysql db in test pipeline #298

We use an outdated driver for mysql https://github.com/blue-yonder/turbodbc/blob/master/Earthfile#L15
and an old mysql db https://github.com/blue-yonder/turbodbc/blob/master/earthly/docker-compose.yml#L16
With newer versions the tests will fail. We should fix the issues so the newer drivers and abs can be used.
